Currency Exchange Process

From your first question to cash in hand: how a currency exchange with us works.

The exchange, step by step

  1. Check today’s rate

Look up our currency rates. “We buy” applies when you sell us a currency; “We sell” when you buy one.

  2. Call to confirm

For larger amounts, call ahead. We confirm the rate and make sure the currency is ready.

  3. Visit us with your ID

Bring valid photo ID if your transaction needs it. See required documents.

  4. We count and check

Your cash is counted and checked in front of you, and the final amount confirmed.

  5. Collect your currency and receipt

Count your currency before you leave and keep the receipt for your records.

In person or by wire

In person

  • Visit our office during business hours
  • Pay and receive in cash
  • Everything completed at the counter
  • Receipt handed to you on the spot

By wire transfer

  • Confirm the rate by phone
  • Send funds from an account in your name
  • We release your currency once funds arrive
  • Wire transfer rates are listed separately
