Buy rate or sell rate?
When you bring us a currency, you get our “We buy” rate. When you take a currency from us, you pay our “We sell” rate.
If you sell us 1,000 USD, you receive 1,392.10 CAD at our buy rate of 1.3921. If you buy 1,000 USD from us, you pay 1,420.40 CAD at our sell rate of 1.4204.

Do you always have every listed currency in stock?
We list the currencies we exchange regularly. Cash on hand can vary, especially for larger amounts, so please call ahead and we’ll confirm availability.
Can you set aside currency for me to pick up?
In many cases, yes. Call us with the currency and amount, and we’ll confirm availability and the rate before you come in.
Is the rate I see online the rate I’ll get?
The published rate is our current guide. Markets move, so we confirm your exact rate when you complete the exchange.
Do you offer better rates for large amounts?
For larger exchanges we can often quote a custom rate. Request a custom rate or call us.
